Chiman's Chicken Peshwari Tray Bake

Recipe & Cooking Instructions


  1. Chop red onions roughly. Tear sweet peppers roughly. Same with courgettes, garlic and any other vegetables of choice.
  2. Pour olive oil generously into a baking tray.
  3. Sprinkle with half Chiman’s chicken pershwari sachet.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Toss the  tray to mix well.


  1. Butterfly chicken, and place on tray over vegetables.
  2. Pour on the rest of the Chiman’s chicken pershwari sachet.
  3. With olive oil and lemon juice and salt to taste and rub into chicken.
  4. In the oven at 175/180 for 1 hour.
  5. Serve

Salt & Pepper
x1 Lemon
