Fruits & Berries
Our selection of dried fruits and berries have concentrated flavours and are high in vitamins having been ethically sourced with fair trade standards. We can package to bespoke quantities. 10g to 10 tonnes.
Banana Chips (sweetened)
Filled with potassium (protects the human heart and brain), these banana chips are a great snack or can be added to smoothies, muesli, cakes and pastries.
No Choloesterol, no salt Borlotti beans are full of protein, Calcium and Vitamin D. Borlotti beans make an excellent alternative to meat products in a variety of cooking.
Harvested from the Caper bush, caper berries are the fruit whilst capers are the buds, the former are often served with cocktails in a similar fashion to the way one might serve olives. Simply delicious.
Harvested in mid September cranberries are bursting with flavour and are great juiced or sprinkled on oatmeal or used in pastries.
Dried Apple Pieces
Containing vitamins and minerals dried apples make a great addition to breakfast but also to pork dishes and puddings alike.
Apricots have been grown and cultivated in central Asia since the dawn of time. When dried their shelf life is hugely extendable. Apricots whether SO2 infused or not are full of fibre, vitamin A and potassium.
Dried Deglet Dates
Deglet dates are slightly translucent in colour and have a honey like taste. Not as rich as the medjool date the flavour is light and just as luscious.
Lusciously sweet with a texture that combines the chewiness of their flesh, the smoothness of their skin, and the crunchiness of their seeds.
As well as being nutritious these dried fruits add depth to puddings and also compliment stews and roasts.
Dried Vine Fruits
Raisins, sultanas and currants are a great source of protein and fiber and an excellent ingredient in cakes or granola.
Bright, red and beautiful these are one of the most nutritious fruits on the planet. You can eat them on their own or add to cereals such as muesli or granola.
Jam packed with vitamins including A, B1, B2, B6 and C this delicious super food can be eaten as a snack or in salads, cakes and smoothies.
In a class of their own, Inca berries have elements of both citrus and gooseberry flavours. Great for making Jams or simply adding to breakfast cereal or a snack on their own.
Sweet and succulent these medjool dates are a fabulous alternative to sugar. Great in cakes and smoothies or just on their own.
