Prices and Payment
We only accept payments by credit and debit cards through SagePay. Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.
All damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt either by e-mailing us or by phoning 0845 812 0128
In the UK we use Royal Mail with a choice of First or Second Class dependant on weight of order.

We aim to deliver within 7-14 working days. We are always working to ensure that goods are delivered as soon as possible. If you have any special delivery requirements or require the goods urgently feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If some products are out of stock we will notify you that your order may be delayed or a replacement provided. We do not dispatch part orders, if you would like to cancel some products please contact us.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us within seven working days of receiving the goods. In the event of a cancellation, the customer must take reasonable care to return the goods in a timely fashion, unopened and in a reasonable condition and is responsible for any delivery costs incurred in returning the goods to us. We will refund you for the cancelled goods (including original delivery charge) as soon as possible.
We do our best to ensure that the content on this website is correct, however we cannot guarantee its accuracy. The product descriptions in the shop do not represent a legally binding offer, but, a non binding online catalogue. By clicking the button “Checkout“ you place a binding order for the goods you have added to your basket.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Goods are offered subject to availability. Price lists are intended to be valid for three months+ but all prices are subject to change due to forces beyond our control. We will give notice whenever possible.
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED which will be charged as applicable at the current rate at the time of invoice.
We reserve the right to determine the delivery method which will generally be week 1 for week 2, ex-UK stock.
Delivery will be charged on all orders below 8 CASES or £200
Due to the nature of our business we regret collections are not permitted other than by authorised carrier and by prior arrangement.
Availability of orders cannot be guaranteed in full but naturally every effort will be made to maintain stock levels and we will endeavour to inform customers of shortages as necessary.
FOOD HYGIENE REGULATIONS
Product failure and changes due to factors outside our control: The company (having made every reasonable effort to ensure goods supplied by it to its customers are not defective) cannot accept liability for goods which are defective by reason of any act, omission or other breach by any manufacturer and/or supplier to the Company and/or any third party whom the Company has no reasonable control over (save that this condition shall not apply to a liability of the Company out of which the Company cannot contract by reason of general law). All our products come with our quality warranty.
Claims for loss or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery and confirmed in writing. No claims can be met unless the carriers note shows damaged or missing goods, time of delivery and customer’s signature. Cash credits will only be offered where replacement goods are not available.
We strongly advise all customers to be sure that the descriptions of goods given on orders is exactly what they require. Please use computer codes otherwise no claim can be made for despatch of incorrect goods. We strongly recommend written orders whenever possible, using order forms which can be provided. Orders placed for delivery from our suppliers once confirmed will then be binding.
We reserve the right to ask for cash or pro-forma payment on all orders. A credit account may be applied for. We accept credit card payments VIA SAGEPAY ONLINE we do not use paypal.
Our terms are pro-forma, cash or as agreed credit accounts can be applied for offering 30 days from delivery were customer spend exceeds £5000 per year. No goods will be supplied outside terms offered
All goods, for so long as they are saleable, remain the property of SPECIALITY FARM FOODS ltd until they are paid for in full and the Company reserves the right to enter premises in order to reclaim those goods against overdue accounts.
All our products are delivered in strict rotation and we endeavour to supply with at least 50% shelf life remaining on delivery. Customers are therefore advised to establish shelf life before ordering. Goods supplied within the context of this paragraph will not be credited.
